Dr. Patrick Shallow
A former international senior banker with a wide range of experience in Banking Finance and Mortgages, gained with Standard Bank in South Africa, Bank of Ireland in Dublin and in London. Patrick Shallow founded the Banking and treasury consultancy, Finalysis in 1990 (www.finalysis.ie ). Prior to this, he was Managing Director of the Metropolitan Building Society and before that was Deputy MD of the retail lender, Chartered Trust, the Finance arm of Standard Bank
In 1990 Patrick identified a gap in the market for independent banking and treasury advice to corporates, where, based on his banking experience and use of analytics software, important operating efficiencies and very considerable cost savings could be achieved Based on the success of the Irish Finalysis operation, Patrick established Finalysis UK to address the international market.
In 2002, based on his PhD research, Patrick founded the successful credit risk analytics company, Credit Expo ltd. (www.creditexpo.ie) for banks and credit unions, measuring and managing credit risk in retail lending. This software product has been patented, is end to end operationally, viz. from new business loan pricing to performance management, to compliance reporting, to portfolio valuation.
Patrick holds a B.Comm. Degree (Law and Economics) from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg; a M.Sc. from TCD, Dublin and a PhD in Banking from the Smurfit Business School, Dublin. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers and has presented regularly on Banking and on Credit Risk.
Cian Kinsella is the founder or co-founder of a number of successful software or SaaS companies, such as Digiprove, Kindle and CR2. He is experienced at C- level in software development, customer services and sales, and as an entrepreneur and CEO. Cian provides consultancy for a number of companies. He is a passionate believer in instilling quality into software engineering and has developed strong methodologies for achieving high quality software combined with productivity.
Cian works with software companies or IT divisions that need professional help in leadership, quality software development, product management and/or other areas. His experience helps him to quickly identify achievable ways of improving overall performance or solving particular problems.He keep abreast of changes in technology in the best way: by personally using the new technologies in his existing and new projects.
He is currently engaged as Advisor to CEO at a number of successful software companies internationally.

John Kennedy is the acting CTO for Credit Expo.
He has also worked with a number of other technology led companies and has over 15 years’ experience in design and technology specialising in online publishing systems and portals.
He established an award-winning web design and technology business that developed an innovative enterprise, mobile first, classified adverts platform that is deployable into any country using any language. It is currently used by some of the property industries leading brands. John also sold an online portal to Daft.ie in 2008 which is Ireland’s number one real estate portal in Ireland.
He directs and oversees the development and implementation teams at Credit Expo.
Declan Bourke is the acting COO for Credit Expo.
He is also a mentor with Enterprise Ireland and has over 20 years’ experience leading business in the financial services and technology fields, in Europe and in Asia.
He directs and oversees the operations and business development teams at Credit Expo.
